Glamping Sites in Sigiriya

Kostha and Isuru are incredibly good hosts. They showed me around the neighbourhood as soon as I arrived. After swimming in the lake, they took us to a secret viewpoint from where you could see Lion Rock and Pisurangala. The next day they got up extra early to show us the sunrise, which was extremely worthwhile. After that, they showed us the whole day and I saw places that I would never have seen otherwise. It was a great stay that I will never forget!

The host was definitely the best! He arranged the best tours for me to do. He was available to take me everywhere I wanted at the time that I wanted. Really no complaints. The room was comfortable, cozy and the outside part is very chill with a lot of nature. If your going to Sigiriya, this is the best accommodation you can get.

Piya and his family were excellent hosts. They gave us space and comfort, they were very kind and helpful. They organized everything what came to our mind. He also showed us interesting places in the area which are not shown on the internet - you have to be a local to know them. The food was delicious and in big portions, and everyday we ate something new. We will definitely visit this place if we are ever again in Sri Lanka. Place is away from a main road which is an advantage and disadvantage - this means the place is very quiet and calm. There are shops with essentials like water and toothpaste very close. But if something is needed - you can get a tuktuk or a bike. There are really friendly people in the area. We felt very welcomed.
