Our stay at the desert camp was truly unforgettable! The camp was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hospitality was outstanding, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The food was also great, both dinner and breakfast offered great variety and delicious flavors, perfect after a day of adventure. Stargazing at night was magical, with the clear desert sky filled with countless stars—a truly mesmerizing experience. During the day, the thrill of dune bashing was an absolute adrenaline rush, adding excitement to the tranquility of the desert. Beautiful and comfortable accomodation and food was perfect. They were really friendy and helpfull. They also set a fire to watch stars in the night and drove us for dune bashing and sunset watching. Perfect experience.

Sama Al Sharqiyah Camp is situated in Al Wāşil. Outdoor seating is also available at the luxury tent. There is a seating area, a dining area and a kitchen equipped with kitchenware.

Very nice camp, host was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Had lots of omani coffee, dates, and fruit. Showed me his camels and I got to help feed them. We also went quad biking in the dunes which I thought would be scary but it wasn't. Went above and beyond to give me a good experience, I am celiac and explained that I can't eat gluten and his sister made me a special breakfast. Pickup was easy and straightforward. Beautiful sunrise and sunset watching from the dunes. Best calue for money that i have found in Oman. Highly recommend!

This camp is a private camp in the desert.Only one camp all around.It's designed by the owner and well decorated just like a luxury hotel.If you prefer privacy this camp must be your first choice. The owner is super nice.Fell like I am his family member. They provide all kind of activities such as camel riding and dune pushing. They offer transportation from the meeting point to the camp for 20 Omani Rials (round trip). Enjoy dune pushing and sunset viewing for 25 Omani Rials, and dinner for 8 Omani Rials per person. You can see many stars at night.

Desert Private Camp - Bedouin Camp is situated in Al Wāşil. Guests can take in the views of the mountain from the terrace, which also has outdoor furniture.

I usually don't review stays but for this one I'm glad to make the exception. The bedouin camp is simply an awesome place to stay, not just because of the location and great tent camp, also (mostly) because of the host and his family. They were so open, friendly, and spent so much time with us. The host proudly showed us his animals, we were lucky to see a 1 day old camel, and then treated us on some dune bashing. After that, a great diner was served, and we met many many of his family members at the camp fire. Thanks again Badr!!
