The accommodation, which has been carefully renovated from an old farmhouse for a long time, was so clean and comfortable, and the scenery of the beautifully decorated garden was so nice. The breakfast made with ingredients collected from the surroundings was wonderful and delicious. The welcome when we arrived, the tour guide and helped us a lot during our stay, and the sunset on the hillside after we took a walk together was perfect. The room was clean, lovely and the decor was lovely. This was set in a very beautiful location and we would love to come back for a onger stay to explore the area.

Maison d'hôtes Il était une fois has garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Pont-lʼÉvêque, 14 km from Trouville-Deauville SNCF Railway Station. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay. The bed and breakfast features family rooms. I stayed one night in the Superior Double Room and everything was perfect. The room and shower were both spacious, very clean, and well equipped. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated the reliable high-speed fiber internet. The house also has a beautiful garden - quiet and peaceful, ideal for relaxing. Stephanie, the owner, was extremely kind and welcoming, and her excellent English made communication easy. I didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.
