Whether you’re staying in the cozy beachfront chalets or the stylishly modern rooms, you’ll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The open-air feel, combined with excellent amenities, made for an incredibly peaceful and relaxing environment. The sea breeze and sounds of the waves just outside my window created the ideal atmosphere for unwinding after a day of adventure. We had the pleasure of going on a boat ride to experience dolphin watching, and it was absolutely magical! The boat ride itself was scenic and peaceful, and seeing the playful dolphins in their natural habitat was an experience we’ll never forget.

Featuring a garden, this 5-star campground has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. The camp managers and staff were excellent and made sure all our needs were met. The food was great and I got to try several new Sri Lankan dishes that I never tasted before. And the drive through the Safari parks that they organized were excellent.

With lake views, Nirvaan Safari Lodge is situated in Wilpattu and has a restaurant, room service, bar, garden, terrace and barbecue. Beautiful boutique safari lodge. The individual attention and a caring team made us feel very special. Secluded, overlooking paddy fields. Delicious and authentic Sri Lankan food. Ranil and his team undertook one of the largest study of Sloth Bears so they know a thing or two when it came to the safari. We spent a day ticking off the most wonderful array of wildlife. We were here as a family and couldn’t be more happy.

Situated in Achchamulai, Wilpattu Green Cabin features accommodation with seating area. The property has lake and river views. There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Very good stay for a trip to Wilpattu National Park as Safari Tours are offered and you can enter the park fron the Western Entrance. I made a half day safari and saw leopard and elefants and many more animals. Don´t miss out to go to the beautiful lake just 10 minutes away and to the rice fields - it´s beautiful there! The staff ist very friendly and helpful and the food is good. So overall a perfect stay for Wilpattu!

For the meals only option, safaris could be arranged with the camp directly, at an additional cost to be paid directly to the property. Amazing breakfast.. and tent was lovely.. staff were friendly and helpful.

There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. Harshan will surely remain one of my most beautiful encounters in Sri Lanka. With his finnish friend, Inna, we remade the world around squid in coconut milk From the garden/grilled fish (bought together not far from the fishermen) and good local béer! recommend these paratas for breakfast. Decorated in rich and bright orange, all air-conditioned tents feature a spacious verandah with comfortable seating. En suite bathrooms are equipped with a relaxing rainshower. Very clean; very nice staff and food. There are sunbeds in the pool.
