You’ll find both an electric grill and a charcoal barbecue, plus a cozy fire pit right at the house. Firewood and marshmallows are available for purchase on-site. There’s also a volleyball court — and no need to bring your own ball, it’s already there! Badminton and other fun games for kids are provided as well.

Great location with proximity to downtown Buena Vista and access to so many great mountain biking trails. Staff VERY friendly and helpful. As we were just there for one night, we chose not to bring our camper and opted to stay in one of their bunk house rooms. Very clean and spacious. Complimentary coffee in the am.

On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the campground's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. Highly recommended. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. The owners Jake and Jess are just the loveliest people. The location is absolutely stunning, 360 degree mountain view, the tents are beautiful, new, super clean, the king bed was very comfy. There was a heater in the tent that made the temperature perfect for an early October night. Just outside the tent there was a great barbecue/stove, kitchen utensils, kettle, pot, everything you need. They provided cozy blankets to sit outside, Jake and Jess got the fire pit started for us and we had a glass of wine by the fire under the stars. The whole experience was magical. Jake and Jess are the best hosts you could wish for. They welcomed us with great warm energy, they’re very helpful, explained how everything around the campsite works, really just the loveliest people. They provide coffee in the morning for the guests, which was very welcome, even though it’s easy to brew your own on the stove. Lovely to wake up in the morning with the sunrise on the mountain. If you get the chance to stay here, do it.

Perfect option for me with my dog and a desire to walk him around each morning. Cabin was very comfortable.
