Marietjie and Mike are the owners of Harmony, so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Mike is a "braai master" of the upper encelons. Simply brilliant. Sitting by our tent and watching the Njalas less than 50meters away is breathtaking, one morning we saw a young male by our tent ⛺️ 😀

Incredibly peaceful being surrounded by nature and had a great time (despite the rain!). The staff were so friendly and accommodating and food was DELICIOUS! Great game drive in Addo, learnt so much and even saw lions. Hope to be back soon.

Elephants Lodge is located within the malaria-free Bellevue Forest Reserve, home to wildlife such as lion and buffalo. The lodge features natural gardens, patio’s and a lookout lounge overlooking the vast open plains of the Eastern Cape. Everything about this accommodation feels luxurious from the minute you arrive. We stayed in one of the tents which was really nice with all the facilities you’d expect in a normal room. The road noise from the highway is notable but didn’t affect our stay. Also we had a lot of ants in the tent but guess this is to be expected given the location, again this didn’t affect our enjoyment. The evening merl was Ok but not great however the breakfast was amazing. The highlights were the game drive and the giraffe walk which were simply incredible. We’d definitely return but possibly choose a room rather than the tent.

Very special praise, and thanks to the manager Dimitri. The most attentive manager I have ever come across. Service friendly and impeccable. And a master in anticipating the guests needs. He makes every day an easy joy. Nothing is too much trouble for him.
