Landhof Waidegger Wirt is a lovely family run hotel in the heart of Gail Valley. From the staff to the food, everything was simply perfect👍🏻 The room had a nice view over hills and mountains that we enjoyed every day. We were super lucky to also enjoy breakfast at the mountains and bbq in local woods 🙂.The pool area is great to chill out after hikes and cycling trips.I also need to mention that the hotel provides extras, like free mountain bikes or entrance to the local lake beach at pressengersee. The food quality is *****! Products are mostly from the local suppliers and meals are made with passion. Cocktails are also top quality, some are with house gin made on the spot!🍹In less than 30 minutes from the hotel we enjoyed the rivers, lakes, mountains and even a canyon hike! The place is amazing! The nature is wonderful, the host ist extremely welcoming and nice, the hotel is clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed and even more! Thanks a lot for the great experience. We would love to come back again.

Gabor and his family really make you feel at home during your stay. Very nice and interesting people that foster a really good environment. Breakfast is very good, and if lucky you'll be able to taste some of Gabor's own-made food. Highly recommend the dining here as well, where you'll be able to share typical Hungarian food while chatting with other guests. The room was warm and spacious, the bed was comfortable. Definitely recommend for solo travellers, couples or families!
