The first staff is very very nice and made us feel like home. We enjoyed swimming even in 2 degree Celsius thanks to thermal pool. Hospitality what we got over here not got all over my Switzerland trip. I stayed over here for 2 nights and kids also enjoyed well.

It was a wonderful time at Hotel Alex Zermatt. we had the pleasure to spend a weekend for our couple birthday. Not only hotel was incredible with a real « soul », special places to welcome you and many activities (huge swimming pool, sauna, hammam, tennis, squash, cigar lounge), great cocktails, the luxurious suite is beautiful and with a view on the Matterhorn… but the staff and the owner are lovely and dedicated to make you enjoy your stay! Fully recommend it and we’ll definitely come back to this place!

It was over expectation The staffs were good, smile and kind. The Room and all areas are amazing. Facilities were all the best.

My wife and I spent one night in Olympia Hotel during our climbing trip in Saastal. Beautiful location! Great views on the mountains surrounding the valley. Very quite place which we appreciated a lot! Very good breakfast. We stayed in one of deluxe double rooms with beautiful old swiss style furniture. Definitely worth recommending!
