Lovely, new apartment- spotlessly clean with good AC. The apartment was large and had 2 nice balconies. No view of the lake but you can see it from other areas in the property. The hotel pool was nice and refreshing on a hot summer day.

The location was excellent, a little away from the main centre but a lovely walk along the pebbled beach. There was a huge selection of foods for breakfast and the staff were always at hand to assist with any request. The room was breathtaking, we had an lakefront room which looked like it was out of a movie, I definitely recommend selecting that room! We used the hotel bicycles which was very fun and made it easy to get around Malcessine and allowed us to quickly commute between the hotel and the busier parts of the town. I cannot state how breathtaking the scenery is and the view from our hotel room, right up there with the best either of us have ever experienced.

It is a family business, and the owners are always there. Personel is top of the top. Good parking, the hotel is located very close to the lake, You can walk to the city centre - it is not so far. The views 😍 Hotel have very good restaurant - pizza was the best 👌 Air conditioning in the room 👏

This was the friendliest hotel where Roberto and his staff could not do enough for us especially when our flights were cancelled and they helped us to find alternative flights home and offered us another room for two nights.

good location, u can see the view of the lake and take a walk at lake directly. Staffs were friendly and helped a lot, it was also Family friendly, we had a little baby with us and got a baby bed. Malcesine is not far away from Hotel and a lot of good restaurants nearby. We are looking forward to next vacation there!!

The Argentinian receptionist was very friendly at check-in. The hotel facilities are great, and the room view for the lake is awesome. The bikes provided are also a very nice bonus, since you are in the middle of the cyclepath. The breakfast was also very nice.

The staff is excellent- Ms. Katia was exceptionally helpful in accommodating a request to change apartments closer to the pool.     Excellent hotel! nice apartments, has everything you need. Clean, beautiful, the view of the Alps was fantastic! Friendly staff. Everything is very convenient, a large beautiful area, there is tennis, baseball, mini golf, playgrounds, an outdoor and indoor swimming pool. This is an ideal holiday option with children.
