The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was spacious. Both dinner and breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The pool and sauna area were clean and well-equipped. I also enjoyed the harpist's concert in the evening. Compared to the Hotel Pacifik, where the atmosphere was not that relaxing and your plates seemed to be checked, this hotel was a true gem. ;-)

Spa & Wellness Hotel Olympia is situated in the spa centre of Mariánské Lázně, in close proximity to the forests, spa parks and healing mineral springs. A park with a colonnade and the Singing Fountain is just a 5-minute walk away. Every staff member was very friendly and ready to help or explain. Spa facilities are excellent; however if you are interested in anything specific I'd suggest to book it in advance. Food in both restaurants meets every expectation. It is definitely a great option for a relaxed stay, highly recommended.

The garden of the hotel is amazing The breakfast is extremely good and varied, tasty and is good for gluten free. The SPA facilities are extremely excellent and the treatments are very good. Falkensteiner Spa Resort Marianske Lazne is located in the heart of Mariánske Lázně, featuring 4 outdoor and indoor pools, sauna area and fitness centre. The vast wellness, beauty and fitness area provide a superb possibility for relaxation. The hotel was a bit expensive, but otherwise excellent. For a hotel the spa is fantastic, the room is very good, the restaurant is excellent. Excellent place for relaxation. Highly recommended.

Hotel is in heart of centrum, they have parking not far from hotel but driver bring you there and back to the hotel, personel is so nice and helpful specially Monika front desk, breakfast very good, definitely we will back there.

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The aparthotel features family rooms. Very nice and good hotel! Everything is there, you can cook your own food. Also the biggest plus is that there is parking. If there is a chance to be in Karlovy Vary again, then only the Leopold hotel!
