They gave us a junior suite even though we booked a standard room. Food was good and with a lots of variety, especially the breakfast. Pool was super clean and with some activities for adults and kids. The after dinner program was also fun for the kids. 100% recommended for family trips.

Originally a winery, Agriturismo dei Grippi produces over 3 types of wines that derive from regenerative organic agriculture. It features a summer pool near the vineyards and is only 10 minutes' drive from Sona. Great rooms, we were in the rooms with a kitchen. Had a table outside over looking the vineyard to have a few drinks every night which was amazing. Location is good but would definitely need a car (loads of free parking). And breakfast was very nice.

That balcony overlooking the quiet street? It was our private perch for morning coffees, watching the world wake up in true Italian style. And oh, the breakfast! A delightful daily buffet of fresh pastries, seasonal fruits, yogurt, cheeses, and steaming hot espresso—served in a sunlit room that felt like a personal café. It fueled us perfectly for adventures, and they even packed us gourmet to-go bags for our train day.
