We had an issue checking in but the property manager was very helpful. He made sure we got in and came by later to take the payent. I appreciated the flexibility. I also had an allergic reaction to a product there and he went above and beyond getting me information and following up. It was clean, well lit, and comfortable!

Very friendly, helpful owner. Excellent to be able to get a guest card for just a one night stay, we really enjoyed the thermal baths. Lovely room and great value for money.

Great location to visit local attractions, such as Faakersee, Villach. Very attentive staff, friendly and familiar atmosphere. Good tasting cuisine. I would definitely suggest to try the restaurant for dinner.
