Excellent food (except for Topfen Strudel). Convenient location: cross-country skiing and hiking routes start next to the hotel. The room was cozy furnished, spacious and with renovated windows. Recently renovated spacious bathroom and big shower cabin with a window. Huge balcony with a view to both the mountains and the valley.

Extremely friendly staff. They go beyond to help you for anything you ask. I was let for an early checkin and I couldn’t thank the staff enough. Breakfast was excellent and the kind waitress makes you very comfortable. Overall lovely place run by some lovely passionate people.

The room was clean and modern. The location at the end of the gorge was pleasantly peaceful. Having free parking right in front of the house was a big plus, as the village’s public parking spots were full. It was just a short walk to the town center and Salzwelten.

It was right by the steeg-gosau train station and bus station. Commute was easy! The space was spacious for 1 person and I love it. The view was spectacular. I did not want to leave the room because I enjoyed the space and view so much.

Everything was just perfect! Location - Picturesque surroundings, edge of the lake, just 6.5 km from Hallstatt Lahn(where the famous Hallstatt church is located). You can walk by the lake or just take bus next to the hotel. Staff - Very friendly and supportive staff. Restaurant - Brilliant! They have vegan and vegetarian options.
