We have been climbing in different places around and this place was perfect for us as a middle point for our climbing trips. The host is super nice. Insulated. Big room. Location - locally: near supermarket; globally - in the middle between Italy and Germany :). Free parking on a flat private area. I also like that it has a microwave to warmed up milk or leftover that you carry with you from the last restaurant you visited.
