The owner Mr.Oliver was very kind and helpful even he recommended some place to visit and always taking care of the guests, the room was very clean and the breakfast was nice. Just note that there is no air conditioner in the room however there is a fan which worked perfectly for us. Recommend hotel 👍👍👍

Lovely traditional pension house, the lady that runs the house keeps everything immaculate and she's very helpful. Good breakfast and nice big rooms.. very close to the bottom of the maiskogel ski run in kaprun it's almost ski to door... Good parking facilities too we will definitely be back.

Simply amazing, very nice, homely atmosphere! I've never met such nice, hospitable people. Any problem was solved immediately! The room was cleaned every day, and in general the hotel is perfectly clean and tidy The entire interior is made with love for detaisl, very beautiful and cozy. Excellent breakfast. The hotel has a parking lot. There is a sauna, which helps after skiing. The hostess gave us 2 jars of honey, it was so touching))). Thank you Marlene!

    We loved our stay in Pension Patricia! Stayed here for 2 nights and we were all very satisfied. Pension is located in a quiet area which we really liked but if you want to go to the city centre, its about 5 minutes walking. The rooms are pretty nice and perfectly clean. But... our biggest thanks comes to Hannah, that nice girl in the reception! Thanks for all your help and for being so kind! Looking forward for our next stay here :)
