Jolanta and Friederich are lovely hosts, eager to help and provide advice. The unit is great: spotless, beautiful, comfortable and worth every penny. The house is located at a beautiful vantage point, overlooking the entrance to Ötztal and very close to the valley's main attractions (the town of Ötz, Umhausen, Stuibenfall, Niederthai, and Piburgersee) - a perfect location. In hindsight, our stay was too short. This is a great place to stay while visiting this part of Austria. Warmly and highly recommended.

We have traveled to many countries and stayed at many stays, but this stay was probably the best stay ever. From the wonderful facilities, to the yummy breakfast, and last but not least the amazing host who went over and above to make sure everything was taken care of. Our weekend stay was very pleasant thanks to the very hospitable owners. The rooms are very cozy in mountain style, the breakfast had a nice offer. We definitely recommend it as a starting point for hiking and cycling trips around the area. The owners take great care of the running of the guesthouse, we felt at home. They are happy to chat with you at breakfast and help you choose excursions around the area and fulfill any other requests you may have.
