After my flight was cancelled, I had to stay one more night in Sofia. My son recommended the property. My request for a one-night stay was approved, and I had the opportunity to meet the host in person. She is friendly, helpful, and understanding of my situation, asking how she could assist me further. I was allowed to stay longer than the scheduled departure time. After trying other hotels in Bankia, I found this place to be the cleanest property, which I could not compromise on.

The hotel is in my favorite area of Bankya. The staff was very friendly and doing extra efforts to make my stay great. They offer impressively tasty food at very low prices upon agreement. I will definitely go back :)

The young lady who greeted us was wonderful and offered us a ride on the horses, what an incredible location on Vitosha Mountain with incredible views, and Alpacas, horses, a cow, ducks, dogs and geese honking away, if you love animals this will be bliss, the accommodation was basic but clean and warm, we absolutely loved our few hours there, it's very different in an amazing way.

The beautiful apartment house is located in the city center, with very easy access to the airport. The bed and pillows ate very comfortable, and bathroom is very nice and new, with everything you need. The shower was a little tight, but that wasn’t a problem for me. They went extra mile and printed out our tickets in the office next door, because it was a weekend day, and offered us a very good coffee at the reception. The staff is extremely kind and nice to talk to :)

L’Opera House definitely exceeded our expectations. It is located right in the city center and we reached all the points of interests on foot. The room was very clean and a baby crib was set up as requested. The staff was extremely friendly and gave us advise on what to do in the city.

Great location! Parking is available for purchase for 20, so is breakfast. It’s impossible to find parking otherwise. Grocery store is 2 min walk, full kitchen on site. Our apartment has its own bathroom. The room is very clean, with a balcony. Very secure with double lock and a wonderful seating area on the ground floor. 20 min walk to historic city and 10 to the commercial area.
