Dessi went above and beyond. She was very helpful suggesting restaurants, attractions, public transportation, and arranging a taxi. I requested the attic room and my wish was granted. Great location! Parking is available for purchase for 20, so is breakfast. It’s impossible to find parking otherwise. Grocery store is 2 min walk, full kitchen on site. Our apartment has its own bathroom. The room is very clean, with a balcony. Very secure with double lock and a wonderful seating area on the ground floor. 20 min walk to historic city and 10 to the commercial area.

The young lady who greeted us was wonderful and offered us a ride on the horses, what an incredible location on Vitosha Mountain with incredible views, and Alpacas, horses, a cow, ducks, dogs and geese honking away, if you love animals this will be bliss, the accommodation was basic but clean and warm, we absolutely loved our few hours there, it's very different in an amazing way.

This place was a nice walk to the bus station and was in a quiet area of town. The room was extremely clean. Even though there was music in the restaurant below, I could not beat it on the room. I 100% recommend this place.
