To start, i cannot find the words to describe the view from the hotel. It was one of the best views i’ve ever seen in my entire life. The hotel is located up in the mountains but it is accessible by car and they provide Free parking lots. We received the check in information before our stay and everything was smooth. The staff are really friendly and professional. All facilities are clean. Although there is no fridge in the room, each floor has a common one where u can put your food and label it. You have also an ironing table to use in the lobby. The last day was sunny so we enjoyed our breakfast outdoors. You can enjoy the walk around the hotel. I loved waking up hearing the bells on the cows. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back. Thank you.

Hosts were very polite and helpful. We had issues with our booking at another hotel, so this booking was done by BOOKING.COM. The hosts Tobias was kind enough to accommodate at the last minute. He prepared the apartment and was ready in an hour. Since we arrived late, Tobias has even provided groceries for late quick meals. The apartment was clean , nice and had all the amenities. The view from bedroom was snow clad mountains.

The house is located in a perfect quiet area, mountains are around it. It's 3 minutes by car from the Schilthorn cableway. The shared bathroom was clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The room was good size, there was place enough for a crib, too. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our room faced the lake, so the view was excellent. The parking lot was a short ~2 minute walk from the front of the hotel. The hotel was very pretty (we were in the older + more traditional wing, which we loved). There was a small cafe attached to the hotel by the water. NOTE -- the hotel is in a very small village without much in the way of local food options. This wasn't a problem for us since we had a car, but might pose a challenge for travellers getting around by train (there is a train that stops in the village but it might mean that you have to wait a bit to get into Interlaken for breakfast).
