The host was super helpful. We left couple of our things that we didn't need for adventures at this place before our stay for almost a week. The host kept them safe and we found them in our room when we checked in late at night. The breakfast was amazing - the host made fresh hot sandwiches with some pancakes (another option was eggs). We also used laudry service. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff. Great communication prior to my arrival and even during the stay. Lovely breakfast, and prepared a boxed lunch for a fee for an excursion. The room was great, warm and very comfortable. Id definitely stay here again.

The hostal is amazing and very comfy. Well located, approximately a 5min walk to the city center - uber and taxi are available 24/7. Breakfast was good and if necessary they can pack you some food for you to take with during the tours. The staff is very good, specially Erica and José that were very polite and helpful. The bedroom is really good, very clean. The shower is good and hot, beds are large and comfy. My only recommendation would be to turn off the central heat system, otherwise bedrooms become a bit hot. You can request the staff to turn it off without problems. I recommend it and hope to go back another time.

The bed was very comfortable, it was especially noticeable compared to the awful bed at the previous hostel. Also, a small thing, that's not small to me, is that the shower had the kind of shower head that is at the end of a hose. I think that’s kind of shower head does a better job with less water.
