Juan is nice, friendly, always-love-to-help host just like local Colombian. You don't have to worry about anything and pls feel free to ask whatever it is. As for the house, the style is my cup of tea. Clean, simple, comfy so much. Walk 10-15 mins to the metro, cmpared to the noisy Poblado center, I prefer to live here, such as the quiet community, friendly neighbors, eat & shop is convenient as well. Enjoy my stay and would come back if any chance in Medellin.

In the house you can breathe genuine air, you can make good friends in a quiet and relaxed environment, the staff is kind and always available. With love to detail this place is nice, neat and clean. Spacious Co-working space with good chairs. Rooms are spacious too. You have your own telly. Kitchen is well equipped and big. The location is nice & Staff is super friendly. Good price. Absolutely can recommend.

Amazing place . I felt like home from day one and I extended my stay for 3 days . The casa is walking distance from the restaurants and central parties area but the location is quiet with everything you need walking distance . Big thanks to Roel and Luisa for being friendly and helpful on everything. Definitely I suggest the place . I am planning to be back in Medellin next year and I already know where I am staying .
