The staff of Arraigo is incredibly friendly, I immediately had a homely feeling, everything is super clean, beds are very big and comfortable, delicious (free) coffee, a natural place in the center of the city... Just perfect!!!

The Hostel is a beautiful building with terrace close to the main square in Santa Rosa. The facilities are and breakfasts are great. The hosts were very helpful. They were able to organise visits to the thermal hot springs and my transfer to my next city for me, which made life very easy for me.

More of a hotel than a hostel with the benefit of having privacy of own room and also lovely communal space to meet ppl. Very clean and smells great due to eucalyptus hanging throughout. Great attention to detail such as hooks to hang coats and towels in the room and lamps! Can tell this was designed by a woman :) and the shower was nice and hot. Nice breakfast and amazing location
