Great place! The owners are very friendly and helpful, and easy to reach via booking or WhatsApp. The location is great, really close to a supermarket, some restaurants and the ferry to Sao Antao. There is plenty of parking options right at the house. The rooms and the other areas are clean, the breakfast is freshly made and the WiFi works great. Beds are comfy, but for 2 persons we prefer a bit wider. Shower works great (with hot water), there are enough plugs to charge your stuff. We have no complaints, everything was good! Thanks again!

Really accommodating staff, friendly and went out of their way to look after us. WiFi was good enough for me to do video calls that I had to do. Location is very central. Really clean room and great shower. Good value.

As Hortênsias was absolutely gorgeous. The place was exquisitely decorated and had lovely spaces outdoors for enjoying a morning tea or an evening swim. The staff were exceptional, especially Leena. I was asked if I needed any laundry washed and had this service provided free of charge. There is also a great little kitchen area for meal preparation if you are staying in a room that is not the deluxe apartment. Close proximity to everything you need in the downtown region: local market, restaurants, bakery, coffee. Could not recommend more. I will absolutely return.
