Except for the location, Nothing is good.

Location is very nice, easy to access and lot of parking. It is very quiet but still near enough to the restaurants and the marina. room is very clean, wlan is free and good. Quick check-in, which is perfect if you had a long travel day. Very friendly welcome, it is so nice to arrive and you are greeted with a smile ! The small restaurant below the rooms is only busy during the day, very convenient if you are hungry but does not disturb your sleep at night. I think that this small restaurant is one of the few in Lipno with original tschech menu, i liked it. I very enjoyed my stay and will definitily come back!

Excellent location for the lake view. Good breakfast. Nice garden and playground area for the children.

Stayed here for the night on a walking trip and thoroughly recommend a visit. Peaceful location, great food - locally sourced and cooked to perfection. The staff were all very friendly and great communication in Czech, English and German. We made use of the sauna but sadly didn't have time for the other facilities. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was really good. We will definitely be back again

The staff is very friendly, the room was nice and had a beautiful view on the lake. We liked it so much that we decided to stay longer than planned.

We have visited this place a couple of times before and we just love coming back! We have tried all of the 3 apartments and can't choose which one is our favorite! Every time we visited, it was clean and smelled like freshly washed laundry. The host is very nice, friendly and even though he doesn't speak English, we managed to communicate just fine using Google translate. We appreciated the free WiFi, parking and there has always been some lovely welcome gift waiting for us. The host is constantly working on updating/renovating the place and we always noticed some new appliances, floors or repainted walls. You can tell the family puts a lot of their time and effort into the apartments. The house is located in a walking distance to some good restaurants and grocery store. There are beautiful walking paths, new bicycle roads, bus and train connections nearby. Very short drive to Lipno with a big lake to swim in, half an hour drive to the beautiful town of Český Krumlov and even less to Austria. I read some reviews out of curiosity and I can't understand someone complaining about decorations, since its possible to see everything on pictures. If you don't like it, dont book it and then write a bad review. Look for a place with decorations you like.. I can understand that the tiny kitchen in the basement apartment isn't perfect for everyone, but we got the best sleep of our lives in there. There was perfect combination of quiet, darkness and comfy mattresses. Our baby (or us) has never slept that long as she did there! We were not surprised about the fact that we couldn't pay by card, because there are lots of places in Czech Republic, even restaurants, that won't take cards. We learned to always have some cash ready when we visit the country.

Very nice and helpful host, lots of space to play and a playground for children, delicious breakfast. Spacious and clean room.

Beautiful huge room, fanstasric bed and overall great facilities. Would happily stay here again.
