We enjoyed the quiet position in an independent flat at rear of hotel but easy access to the main part of the city. We were able to enjoy relaxing and sitting on our own balcony watching the world go by. As we had a hire car, there was convenient parking not to far away from the premises.

Value for money is excellent. Was just looking for a bed, had a nice clean room with tv. Clean communal bathrooms. Heating warmed up fast and room well insulated.

From check-in to departure, the service consistently exceeded my expectations. Each of the four receptionists and service staff I interacted with were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. One thoughtful gesture stood out in particular: a staff member prepared a special brunch box for me on the day of my early departure, as I was leaving before breakfast hours — a personal touch that I deeply appreciated. The breakfast, served in a cozy café with a serene garden view, was among the best I’ve had, thanks to its peaceful ambiance and quality offerings. The nearby palace and the Lisse Palmengarten added to the charm of the location — the palm garden, in particular, is the best-maintained one I’ve ever visited and is a true gem. This area seems like a haven for senior citizens, offering natural, health-beneficial acidic spring water and several charming springs scattered throughout the surroundings. The atmosphere is ideal for rest, relaxation, and wellness. Overall, I am truly happy with my experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating retreat.

I loved the location, the cosiness of my single room. The shared kitchen was very nice and well equipped.

We traveled as a group for The Agritechnica. Everything was perfect. Nice, clean and lovely breakfast. The hostes were so friendly. We strongly recommend this place.

Great Location just outside the old town. Easy access to the Weser bike route. Very helpful host and there was a safe space to store our bikes. The breakfast was excellent - a good start for a day of cycling.
