Staff is very handful. They explaind everything in details. Also they provide us extra service like additional pillows. Room was super clean and everday they cleaned everything well. It is one of cleanest hotel in which i have been. Location is nice in middle of vibrant neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants with middle priced menu. public transportation is near and it is well connceted with city center and shopping zone as well.

The staff at the reception were very friendly and welcoming. The free parking (based on availability) was a major plus in Berlin. We thought the busy street would lead to a sleepless night (our room was street facing) but we slept peacefully the whole night through without ear plugs. And this from very light sleepers. Breakfast is a dream. We felt soo spoiled. The home made Marmelade was a hit and went soo well with the huge fresh buns. Thank you for a short but lovely stay
