Quiet location, but close to all the activities. Easy drive to Garmisch, Neuschwanstein, and Oberammergau. Very friendly staff! On our first night, we were welcomed with complimentary slices of homemade cake delivered to our room. Large breakfast buffet with lots of choices of meats, cheese, veg, fruit, pastries, pretzels, and eggs.

Gästehaus Edelweiß is located in Oberau, just 6 miles from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen ski resort. It offers spacious rooms with free high-speed internet, a free sauna area and a large terrace.

The location is pretty good. Walking one hour to Eibsee with amazing view along the way! Also very close to the town center for dinner. The house is around 100 years old. I love it a lot! The host is very friendly and talkative. We enjoyed our stay :)

The staff we're amazing first class. The accommodation was very cosy and you felt at home. My room was super clean and good size bed sooo comfy. Very central to shops and train station.

Fantastic place for stay. Very nice hosts and super nice breakfast. Beautiful surroundings and lot of parking places nearby. The host is very caring and they make sure you feel comfortable. The room and the place was very clean and my bed was made already twice on a 2 day stay. This is definitely very good. Many thanks for having me. I will surely book this place for my stay in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. It is bit of a 7-8 minutes of car drive to the centre.
