Very friendly staff, wonderful historic inn in beautiful location - shops and restaurants in walkable distance and nature right around the corner. The nature around Hittfeld is wonderful and the Lüneburger Heide around the corner. The breakfast was very good.

It is located in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The size was adequate. No complaints about this place. Loved it!

We booked the apartment for three nights. We panicked a little climbing the piss-stinking stairs (of the main house) but then a sparklingly clean wonderland of glittering kitsch was revealed. The beds were very comfortable, and it was an enormous amount of space for the price. The decor is simply [chef's kiss] for a stay on the Reeperbahn. The front door faces onto the main strip, and you can watch the parade of revelry go by directly under your nose, but when the dividing door between the living room and hallway is closed, the loudest Saturday party noise is completely gone. The bedroom and balcony face into a quiet courtyard. For ten euro a day, you can park in the garage under the house. The staff were easily reachable and very helpful. The city is totally walkable and everything was easy to reach on foot from here. We won't stay anywhere else in Hamburg!

The Hollenstedter Hof is a 3-star hotel just 1 minute from the freeway. WiFi is free of charge in all areas of the accommodations.

I love a good German eiderdown and this fulfilled all expectations. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were up to-date but still charming and very clean. The restaurant at the hotel was good and very popular. A convenient location for a drive up north. Note that traffic in hamburg is heavy so if you're heading for the ferry to Denmark, leave in very good time.

Alster Stay no 45 is located in Hamburg, just one mile from Hamburg Central Station and a 14-minute walk from St. Michael's Church.
