The staff spoke fluent English, which is rare on Rügen. Room was clean room. Bathroom had a set of nice quality cosmetics. The room was ultra comfortable and felt cosy. In addition to that there was a balcony with seats. Hotel is located close to center and beach, yet the area is calm.

This guest house is quietly located in the Schmachter See nature reserve, a 5-minute walk from Binz beach and pier. It offers rental bicycles as well as free Wi-Fi in public areas.

It's super location Just 3 minutes walk to the lake with life piano and violin performances. 5 minutes to the old town walk which in under 10 minutes of a leisurely walk takes you to the cozy narrow and very long wooden pier. Tons of restaurants on the way ! Fantastic place to stay for both European and American tourists who are driving from place to place to visit all the wonderful towns and attractions of Northern Germany. Stayed for 4 nights, was happy with everything: not so much guests, I believe I was alone on the floor. The room was perfect, view from the balcony was awesome. Really nothing to be not happy with.

The guesthouse is located in a quiet rural area. It’s peaceful and beautiful, with restaurants serving delicious food. The nearest grocery store is about a 5-minute drive away. The bay is a 15-20 minute walk away with a small beach. The sea and a large beach (Glowe) are an 8-minute drive away. All the attractions on Rügen Island (Kap Arkona, national park Jasmund or Sassnitz) are easily accessible by car and are close by. We stayed in the comfortable apartment with a terrace, which was spacious and had a separate bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. Cleanliness was perfect. The overall standard is very high. Free parking is right at the entrance to the apartment.
