Enjoyed this amazing stay in Cuenca . The hotel had everything my husband and I needed . We went on a couple get away and enjoyed the city , the views , the night life . Our hotel was right in front of a great view , so many attractions nearby . It is not loud at all , hotel was cleaned and staff was extremely helpful .

Loved the bathroom, One of the happiest things when traveling is finding a shower with lots of space and really good hot water pressure. I also really love the details of this hotel — everything is both beautiful and practical. The only funny thing is that the keychain is a bit too big, but it’s actually kind of cute… maybe they’ve lost it many times before, haha

The owners and family were exceptional! So welcoming, always willing to help. I even spent Christmas Eve with them! They have maps to help you, they call cabs for you. A wonderful experience! Definitely recommend! And I will be back next time I am in Cuenca!
