It's a lovely, spacious, cozy, friendly place, very clean, comfortable beds and with amazing sunset view. The staff was helpful and friendly. we feld like we were part of the family. I liked the breakfast too - it was very tasty. We had enjoyable time in Karima house!

The best guest house I had so far in Egypt. The owner and all the stuff working there are extremely friendly and really care about their guests. The breakfast was incredible. Such a variety and very good. The beds are super comfortable.

With no doubt, we really appreciated the kindness and hospitality of Tayeb and Doa that fill the house. We had the chance to get more than a room, we had a suite with lots of space. We spent time on the roof and had a lovely dinner. They take care of you like you were family. My friend had stomach pain and Doa brought us some smecta without even asking. That was so kind of her. We also took time to talk about archaeology with Tayeb, and learned a lot about the old village of Gouma built on ancient tombs. This place is simply one of the most genuine place we stayed, although it can be a bit far away from the River of the Nile.

I recommend 100% Golden Rose Guesthouse for a stay in the quieter West Bank of Luxor. Alex and the team were very friendly and welcoming and helped me a lot during my stay in the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, there’s a really nice garden area to chill, and the breakfast was without a doubt the best I’ve had in Egypt (fresh and plenty homemade delicious food). I would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything and I hope you’ll get many tourists coming to stay at your place - you totally deserve it :)

Beautiful newly renovated building. Rooms & bathroom are clean, crisp white with modern decor and ammenities. Manager and owner both there to welcome us and chat throughout our stay about anything we need. Would stay longer if we had more time! Pool is a luxury, was clean and inviting. Located just off the main street, tucked away in a quiet area but still super close to everything. Can’t fault anything. Brekky the first day was the best we’ve had in Egypt! We had an early bus the second morning & they were kind enough to still arrange a breakfast for us before we left. Thank you❤️
