What a beautiful property. We had a fantastic room, exceptionally clean, fantastic shower. Ani was just amazing, she kept in touch with me all day right up to our arrival. Breakfast was beautiful, fresh orange juice and beautiful breads, fruit and meats.

Very convenient location, there was a festival on in Guernica, San Roque, the whole town was in blue and white and danced the night away, which I did too. It was fantastic. And when I went to bed around midnight or even before, I dodn;t even notice the noise as it quietened down. Was really lovely

staff were lovely. always helpful and smiley. the bed was very comfortable, location it is very good for exploring the city. check in process was clear enough and the building, generally speaking, was clean! loved the possibility of leaving the luggage on the lockers. would recommend it :)

Seamless checkin and keypad entry made getting in and out a breeze. Location right in the Old Town was perfect for wandering about and experiencing Old Bilbao. Felt we were right in the heart of it all. Alberto was very helpful and available. The room was modern and comfortable, not huge but perfect for our needs.

Such a good place at such a good price is almost impossible to find. Room was small but clean, very comfortable queen bed with memory foam madras and super soft towels. Quite. Location really good as well. Came with the bus from the airport and form plaza moyua it was a very short walk. Will come again. Independent checkin with easy-to-follow instructions, no problem.
