Very central in old town, 15 min walk to train station, comfortable beds, well laid out spacious room. Very clean. Quiet once windows were closed. Hot in June but fan was in the room. Host booked us in on arrival and never saw her again. Which was OK. Only speaks Catalonian. As already mentioned many many stairs.

We had a Seaview room and balcony with stunning views , right on the beach and looking up to the castle. Perfect location with everything on our doorsteps. Maria, the receptionist, was fantastic: friendly, helpful…We extended our stay because we loved it so much. It was such a cheap price. Barcelona was 3 times more expensive for the cheapest, most ordinary accommodation.
