The location is very convenient. Close to the Anton Martin metro station. the owners were very friendly and helpful, even I was tavelling alone I feel safe and feel like I am staying at a family house. from the time I made booking they sent all necessary information needed. The stairs can be difficult if yo do not know but they mention the stairs while booking.

very friendly and inviting atmosphere, amazing service, tea, coffee, kettle. there is a balcony in the room and a closet, very clean and comfortable bathroom. all the main attractions are close. We got everywhere on foot, a cafe downstairs with delicious and cheap breakfasts.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The ensuite bathroom as well. Location is perfect...within walking distance of practically everything in Madrid. They have 24hr reception service so always felt safe. Inna is so helpful and welcoming. She made us feel at home ❤. She tried to help in every way possible starting by sending us directions how to get there, arranging for extra pillows and answering all our questions. Thanks also to Carlos and the other gentleman (can't remember his name!). All are so friendly and helpful. They also kept our luggage after check out at noon as we had a late flight and even let us use bathroom when we went to collect luggage. A supermarket is also located just 1 minute away. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Would highly recommend a stay in this hostal and would stay here again if I visit Madrid in future.

Fortinn was right in the center easy walking to most attractions and metro right at the door. Had a great view from the balcony. The rooms are on the smaller side so if there were two people it would be tight but the location and comfort of the room more than makes up for this. Also has a lift
