The location is wow! It’s next to town hall, walking distance to all. Staff super friendly, supermarket behind the corner, cafe and bike rental downstairs. 10 min walk from train station. The room was clean, but dark. However if you are always exploring, does not really matter.

Communication was excellent with manager on what's app. She was extremely helpful and made us feel important and she also spoke English. She replied instantly and guided us to go in the guest house earlier than check in time in order to place all our luggage in the lockers provided until check in time. It gave us time to explore Valencia without worrying about our luggage. Guesthouse is central. Very clean place. Room was a good size and we also had a balcony and an ensuit shower/toilet. We felt confortable. Lighting was very good. Air-conditioning worked well and also ceiling fan. Had a coffee machine in common area. The place is very welcoming when you enter the apartment. Highly recommend.
