The property went beyond our expectation, staff was extremely helpful and kind, recommended place to eat, always happy to help when needed. At daily cleaning they noticed we used night tables and pillows to barricade one side of the bed as our baby was sleeping with us and they install a side bed nest protection for us, we were pleasantly surprised, thank you so much!!! This place is family friendly, also when struggled to opened door with stroller, receptionist always rushed to help. Fresh tasty breakfast, nice coffee from express, toaster available, highchair for baby also available, could borrow iron if needed, hairdryer in the room, everything what you need:)

the location was perfect, very central and very safe. we walked everywhere and were close to everything. the room was perfect for a couple and very cozy. the staff was excellent and very nice, especially antonio he speaks so much languages and was very helpful and nice. we advise this hotel for his work too! we will definitely return here!

Everything was more than perfect! The building (common areas and rooms) were unique with the special atmosphere and also very comfortable. The location was perfect, everything was in walking distance but public transport and trains are also close. The breakfast was really good with vegan and plant-based options as well. Additionally, they have lockers on the ground floor, which can be used by 5 or 10 euros depending on the luggage size. Sandra and her Colleagues take care of everything. I would definitely choose them again!

Perfect, cozy place for a short stay! The room was small but had everything needed! The open bathroom was just next to the bed however it was already shown on the Amfores photos! There is rooftop on the 5th floor where you can chill the calm! The staff was very helpful! Really interesting place, tastefully decorated and original!
