Very nice and spacious room with a little terrace. Great location to explore the whole city, you can walk everywhere. The guys at the reception were super nice, they helped us with our luggages and recommended places to visit.

Lovely boutique hotel, in a great, quiet location, close enough to explore the main attractions on foot. We had a beautiful room, with private balcony and a huge bathroom. Everything was spotless. The gentleman who was at the reception (the owner, I think), was extremely helpful and really made us feel at home. We appreciated the free coffee and tea available at any moment in the breakfast room. There is free public parking outside the hotel if you're lucky to find a spot, but the hotel offers private parking for an extra fee of 10 euros per day.

The owner is the best part of this accommodation (but it's really great otherwise too)! We had multiple conversations about where I should visit in the city and how to get to each place. His restaurant recommendations were amazing and affordable. The room was clean and comfortable, slept better than at home! The bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated with high standards in mind. The location is in a more quiet residential area but a short walk (or a bus ride) away from the main shopping areas and museums. This place is really great if all you really need is a nice comfortable room to stay for your visit.

I would stay few days longer if I could! The staff was great and very helpful, room was spacious and clean. Hotel is situated almost in centre between few important places - city centre, coast, Magdalena’s Castle. I also loved the view at garden and hilly Santander.

Very clean, quite, big room, liked that we have the balcony. It's pretty far from the city center, but at least it's quite. It's on the Camino del Norte route, which can be very useful. There are some bars/restaurants right next to it. Really good price! Fast responding.
