Everything was great and the location had perfect public transport, nice Cafe right next to the Hostal and less than 100 meters to a restaurant that served very good food! Daily room cleaning, really did not expect that and the cleaner was a very sweet woman :-) I highly recommend this place but mostly during low season due to no air conditioning in the room.

It was cleaned every day, check in was very easy, it is exactly what we expected. It is in de "Spanish" part of Barcelona where u spend your time with te locals and not with tourist. Direct metro line to the centrum.

The front desk people were incredibly helpful and accomodating. PLace was clean. Went above and beyond to make sure my mum has vegetarian options for breakfast. Room is comfortable and clean. Wifi was good. The reception is always available, they help with locations, restaurants and even taxis. The lady even came down to flag the taxi for us.

Good location, 5 minutes away from Urgell metro station. Quite zone, very clean room with a nice design. Spotless bathroom. I appreciated that we could let our luggage at the hotel, free of charge, until the check-in time. Also the stuff is super friendly, they are at the reception 24h.

Cosy place. Very good beds and tastefuly decorated. Free Coffee and Croissants in the Coffee room in the morning:). We got great Restaurants Tipps from the receptionist.

We're completely satisfied with our stay at the Pension Ciudadela. We reached the location by R2N and R2S from the BCN airport, as it was recommended by the hosts. The building has an elevator to the rooms and a terrace. The facilities are new and clean. The shared kitchen is equipped with crockery and cutlery, as well as an electric kettle, coffee machine, and microwave oven. Our room was quiet, with windows facing Carrer de Comerç. We admired the pension's location. It's close to a bus stop, the metro, Barceloneta beach, supermarkets, the beautiful Ciutadella Park, and has a lot of cafes in the area. We communicated with the staff in English or using Google Translate. On the day of check-in and check-out, we left our luggage at the pension free of charge.
