This is the second time I've stayed here and I've been given the same room as last time,which I love as it has everything that's needed. Cooker,fridge,kettle bed,telly. We had a lovely couples’ getaway at this guest house. The jacuzzi bath was perfect for relaxing after exploring Doncaster. It’s not a hotel, so it felt much more homely and personal, which we really enjoyed. Would definitely recommend for a cosy, romantic stay!

I arrived at Halloween Saturday night at the Angel Inn Misson and was warm welcome with nice full families kids party. I would join to the party with drinks but was too tired of my work and went to the bed. Andi, the owner was very nice and kind man. He helped me a lot like he gives me lift to the next village to get the bus to Doncaster because I was struggle to find a cab next day. I strongly recommend that place. Its quiet with clean green sitting area for a drink.

If I could give the whole experience of staying at the Pig Inn more than five stars, I would! We were traveling down from Edinburgh and were going to be arriving late, so I called up to ask whether we might be able to eat at the restaurant. Eileen, (a gem of a person and member of staff - so much so, that my husband and I thought she owned the place!) said that, as the kitchen would be closing at 8.30pm, she could take our orders and the food would be waiting for us once we got there. She actually stayed on the phone with me and read out the whole menu for us to choose what we would like to eat! I couldn't believe it. The food was ready for us when we got there, and was absolutely delicious! Eileen made sure we were happy and comfortable and really couldn't do enough for us. She really made our stay so much more special and memorable. Thank you, Eileen! The premises themselves are immaculate and spotlessly clean and very very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to stay at. I hope we return to the area because if we do, there is no doubt in my mind that we will be staying here. Bravo to all at the Pig Inn! A complete gem of a place.
