Really excellent. You get a detatched seperate area all to your self, including bath room and kitchen. You can also control the heating all by yourself. Milk, tea and coffee was kindly provided, as well as a dedicated parking space :)

Natalie and Ray are the most wonderful hosts at The Handywater Cottages in Lower Assendon.We stayed on 2 occasions with them enjoying beautiful peaceful surroundings. Room was exceptional,clean and just lovely with fresh flowers in a vase.Everything worked like swiss clock and Natalie is Master Chef!!! I had my own restaurant for many years so l know genuine and excellent food( eggs from happy hens running around)We can't praise them enough.Its perfect disstance from Henley-on-Thames and when we mentioned taxi ,Ray offered to drop us off ,the most kind Always smiling and waiving if we seen them from distance.Natalie makes her own jewelery ,absolutely gorgeous ( and preserves and jams,perfect souvenir or gift)We loved it there!

Very convenient for Summertown in Oxford, but the city centre is also just a short bus ride away. The room was perfect, very spacious, and I loved the ability to adjust the lighting.

Roseland is an excellent B&B. Friendly, clean, comfy, competent. There was no mention of breakfast in the booking but we were pleasantly surprised that an ample comtinental breakfast was there for us. Jolly good pastries, too!

Location is amazing, room is comfortable and cozy. I traveled alone and i felt safe in this place. Staffs were friendly and helpful. I definitely will come back.

All staffs are friendly and helpful. All relevant informations are provided so our early check-in was very smooth. Room was clean, beyond my expectation. Good walking distance to city centre and also have bus stop nearby in front of hotel

Very good accommodation and staff. The walk to the city centre was scenic and not long. They kept our luggage for us after check out, which gave us time to continue enjoying the city until it was time to leave.
