Martin was lovely. He greeted me with a loaf of bread and milk! The room was nice, spacious, and equipped with lots of facilities. The bed was warm and comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Durham town was a short journey away on a regular bus. My stay was very pleasant :)

Just off junction 61 of the A1M, The Old Mill is a traditional English Inn offering excellent food all day and en suite bedrooms. Durham is just 5 miles away.

Excellent place for a family with young kids. Close to the beach. Great design, bath and hot water, a garden, a sun room, even a tv with netflix, and there is a high chair and a travel cot in addition to extra beds. Just very smart

Everything needed for a gang of fixers working away. Staff nice. Good bar downstairs and good food a walk across the road. Would deffo stay here again.
