The man who introduced us to the hotel was lovely; he showed us around and explained everything and made sure we knew everything. He made us feel really comfortable and even said if we need help we could phone him at any time of the night; luckily that wasnt an issue. The beds were so comfy and the shower was lovely and hot. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place, good breakfast, great room. We even had balcony which was very nice to sit in and see the sunset.

It is a beautiful house, with very comfy rooms. The bed was lovely and comfortable and plenty of tea and coffee. The breakfast was delicious. Dawn is fabulous and gives you plenty of information of places to visit and to eat in the evening.

Situated in Torquay, near Torre Abbey Sands Beach and Riviera International Centre, The Garway is a recently renovated property, featuring, a bar and shared lounge.

Extremely friendly and familiar staff/owners, very nice, clean and good size room with a lot of positive extras and a comfortably bed, locally sourced very fresh and tasty breakfast. Even got a ”take-away-bag” with water, cake and an apple as ”travel-snack”. If ever in Torquay again I will be back! A HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

Great location, close enough to walk to the water & restaurants but far enough away to be quiet. Dolores is a super friendly and helpful proprietor and cooks a plentiful and delicious breakfast, which was enjoyed in the beautifully decorated common area. Bed was comfy, good shower with plenty of hot water and wifi was secure. Overall, an excellent stay and we would return 🙂
