Well equipped bathroom including all the things you would need (shower gels...)- you actually do not need to taky anything with. All clean and modern. Perfect communication with the owner who responds quickly and helps with everything and is quite nice. The bedroom is also quite good. Kitchen is small but also with all the necessities included, tee or coffee, whatever you need is available.

Beautiful house it is quiet, clean with big beds. Fits 16 guests well. Full kitchen with toaster, coffee maker, kettle and more. TV in each room with Netflix and other streaming services. Very safe. Supermarket next to the house and also bus stop. Underground within walking distance. Central London reachable within 25 minutes with no traffic.

The rooms were excellent, with very effective AC on a hot day. staff were very good, especially Soheil who treated us like VIPs. The pub downstairs was really enjoyable, a good range of beers, a lively atmosphere and excellent Thai food. I thoroughly recommend The Grafton and it will be our place to stay in London from now on. Price of room and food very reasonable too.

Lovely little apartment, close to all transport lines a short drive to the football stadium where we needed to go. Comfortable bed and comfortable sofa bed. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Meet a greet went smoothly parking near apartment was very accessible shops close by. Host was also very nice and helped us along the way when it came to parking and stuff
