We liked absolutely everything about our stay. The location is central to everything (with the beachfront, pier, town centre, and train centre all in walking distance), our room was immaculately clean and was decorated beautifully. As for our hosts - outstanding! The friendliest couple you’ll ever meet.

Great experience. Hotel is positioned in the nicest location. En-suite room that was spotlessly clean. Padded headboard and thick mattress so you get the most relaxing comfortable nights sleep. The spacious dining room with views to the sea. You are only seconds away from the beach. You are 2 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants with alfresco diners where you can sit and enjoy the local fish and chips. There is a free car park for guests and you are only a few minutes away from the train station and buses If you want to explore the surrounding areas. You can take buses to everywhere and it is very cheap. The owners carried my luggage to my room. They were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I have stayed in Paignton before. I think this hotel is the best value for money you will find. If you are looking for a super comfortable stay with clean rooms and a perfect location for the most affordable price then this is a great find. I would not look further than here.

What a fabulous experience! It was one of these rare occasions when a 10 is not enough, the best Bed and Breakfast we stayed in over 2 months around the British Isles! Great price, ideal location and the epitome of hospitality. The owners made sure to take care of every detail: clean and functional rooms; good taste and elegance everywhere; generous welcoming treats in the room to make you feel at home; really home-made breakfast in a cosy environment and with abundance of very good quality, healthy and traditional tastes. An example to follow regarding hospitality!

Beautiful old house and garden; breakfast served at table in the conservatory - very good quality and a wide choice; friendly and professional landlady. Flowers in the bedroom was a nice touch. 5 minutes on foot from the centre of Totnes.

A perfect stay! It is a family run guest house and they extremely helpful & room was comfy and clean. Breakfast was cooked to perfection. The owner is also the chef so is a bonus! Thank you for making us feel home. We will be back again later this summer.
