Couldn’t have faulted our stay at The Chestnuts, it was everything we’d hoped for. The owners Nick and Hayley were very warm and welcoming, and they have made a lovely accommodation. Very fresh and clean, and a great breakfast both days. Will be back in the spring when visiting family again.

It was super easy to locate. From the very first look we were impressed. The property was cosy, clean and enjoyable. Especially the cleanliness and size of the bathroom exceeded our expectations. The staffs were welcoming and friendly and the live music was added fun. We highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect, the room and bathroom were clean and recently refurbished, and the host, Jody, was super hospitable and kind. We enjoyed rich and fulfilling English breakfast and felt very welcome and taken care of. We will be coming back!

The owners Debra and Brendan were wonderfully welcoming and helpful throughout out trip. We loved the lounge/bar area overlooking the garden and sea - and the atmosphere there in the evenings. Very comfortable and great location just off the cliff path. It it is close to the Shanklin lift so also v easy to get down to seafront and the pubs on the front!
