Charming place with kind and helpful staff. Spacious room is separated from the bar and the restaurant so there is no noise. Food for dinner was delicious and reasonably priced, and the breakfast was also fabulous. Spent just one night but would definitely come back again to explore Peak District.

From the outset, Amy who checked us in saw to it that every need was addressed graciously. Whether it was a problem with the tv or our need to delay check out, she handled it all with aplomb! The room was spacious, well-equipped and nicely decorated. It was also extremely clean (!) and there was a daily cleaning service. The bed was really comfy and it was very quiet. We especially enjoyed the breakfast which was made to order. The whole team was super friendly. The Bulls Head is located in a quiet village and there is free parking available. If you want to have dinner or a good wine or beer in the evening you can just head down to the restaurant which is also very good. We stayed for six nights and enjoyed our stay a lot. Thanks to the whole team and hope to see you soon again!
