the pond outside windows of kitchen and bedroom tranquil and beautiful surrounding close to nature and the Hatfield Forrest, the bird songs during dawn and dusk was lovely generous provision of amenity Evi being very welcoming and thoughtful in offering hospitality (came out from the house next to the annex and saw us off when we were ready for check out) close to STN airport (8 mins drive) easy parking inside the annex, clear driving direction Evi recommended Lion and Lamb for dinning at Little Canfield, which was superb in food quality and the landscape outside the window was relaxing….

The room was lovely , the location was perfect , parking was bit of an issue as you can expect being in a town centre , but it's the little things that count , the bottle of water , the orange juice cartons , the biscuits and treats that most places don't bother with , highly recommended from me , the tv has Netflix and much more , 10/10
