Location is perfect as we were going to watch the rugby at Twickenham stoop. The staff were super friendly and even though we didn’t book breakfast on order they offered again in case we changed our minds. We didn’t have it. But nice to be given the option. We met up with a friend too that wasn’t staying but had a bag with him as came from work and they were happy to take the bag for him to collect after the game. They didn’t have to do this but offered which was lovely. Also allowed you to get takeaway delivered. Which most places wouldn’t.

A really cozy and interesting design choice for the loft. The location and overall experience give off a wonderful feeling, almost like staying in a countryside cottage. Truly beautiful!

I had a great stay and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout.

The building was definitely nice and it has a warm atmosphere. Rooms are very spacious, although it is unusual for English hotels' rooms. Staff very welcoming.
