Our vacation was great - a clean deep pool with beautiful illumination in the evenings, a cozy patio, delicious breakfasts and if you wish, they can cook what you want for lunch or dinner, perfect cleanliness in the rooms, a terrace with a breathtaking view of the Batumi panorama. The owner Lela is an amazing sincere woman! We will definitely return!

Very charming and hospitable family! The room was newly renovated and very clean, the air-conditioning worked very well and there was even a mosquito screen for the window. It is also a very quiet neighbourhood and yet there are frequent busses to Batumi (in 2024 it was bus 6 and minibus 40). The owner was very helpful and answered our questions concerning transport etc. with pleasure. We could even taste his homemade wine and cha cha. It felt like family!

I really like the place I stayed, it was my first experience staying in Chakvi, but I really liked this place. The room was clean and comfortable, location is super close to the sea, main road, Botanical garden. I appreciate the hospitability of Owners Maya and Shavleg, They are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast done by Maya was very big and tasty, one breakfast was enough for me for the whole day. Shavleg was very helpful to me as I am using prosthetics on my leg he helped me to get to the beach every time. I like the garden in the house where I had a cup of coffee in the morning time, relaxing and good vibe.

A very good location next to the beach (100m) and to the 24h market and bus and marshrutka stop (crossing the railroad tracks. Watch out!). Friendly family run. Good breakfast different every day.

Guest House ETM was a beautiful building, very clean and fully equipped with everything you need. It's in a great location near local shops with a bus stop to Batumi centre nearby. There is a kitchen on the roof which also gives the best views of sunsets! I Loved this place, and will stay again 😊

The rooms are comfortable and beautiful, made out of wood and the bed is so good :) we slept amazingly surrounded by cows, chickens, a cute little cat and a soothing silence at night! We felt very much at home, the owner helped us out wherever he could, really great experience!!
