I consider ourselves very lucky to have chosen Georgian Hosts Tbilisi. Our host and his whole family were amazing hosts, above and beyond expectations. The accommodation is in a great location - we enjoyed being able to walk around the area every day, plus the views are really worth the climb. The room is fully equipped, spotlessly clean and catering for all needs. Every day we were treated to a varied breakfast of local food, which was delicious every day - I give a huge A++ for the desserts!:) I can only speak in superlatives - we are very grateful for the kind hospitality - because this was not just an accommodation, we felt like real guests.

Location, cleanliness, flexibility of host, quietness. This place is right on Liberty square and a good base for exploring Tbilisi. Also close to the airport bus stop, although a taxi service also available by host. The room was large, clean with a balcony and Aircon. Really good kitchen facilities. Highly reccomend

Great people! A nice, warm, welcoming family who will make you feel at home without being too intrusive. We had a few nice conversations and some good advice on what to visit around. The room is very spacious, and all the equipment works well. Nice shared garden, enjoyable to relax. Nice placement, small shops, and bakeries nearby, not too far from the center, but far enough so you can relax and sleep without the noise. Thanks again to them, we will come again without any hesitation!

The beds were amazing, very comfortable. Both the room and the bathroom looked new and were clean. The room had no window, but the air conditioning worked good. The staff were also very helpful.

    I had a great time in Tbilisi Downtown Guest House. It is very close to the city center of Tbilisi. Metro station is about 15 minutes by walk. Guesthouse is located in nice and safe district. Funicular to Mtatsminda Park in Tbilisi is just around the corner. Hosts are very friendly and helpful people.

    Exactly what I expected and even better. The hosts were quite friendly and at the same time very polite and respected personal space. The place is a bit far from the city center but very quiet and taxi are anyway cheap.
